Product Sourcing
ZNR TARIM operates with a professional sourcing approach that begins directly at the farm level, ensuring quality at its origin. Products are carefully evaluated according to their country of origin and production regions, and only the highest-quality, premium, and standards-compliant products are included in our supply chain.
From the harvest stage onward, products are inspected and classified on-site by our expert teams based on grain structure, size, color, moisture content, and overall quality criteria. This process ensures consistent quality, continuity, and full traceability in product sourcing.

Screening and Color Sorting (Sortex) Process
At ZNR TARIM, product quality is ensured through advanced Screening and Color Sorting (Sortex) processes designed to meet international standards. Following procurement directly from the farm, products undergo multi-stage screening to separate grains based on size and structure, effectively removing broken kernels, dust, and foreign materials.
After screening, products are processed through high-precision Sortex optical color sorting systems, where advanced cameras and sensors detect and eliminate defective grains based on color variations, shape irregularities, and surface imperfections. This technology-driven process guarantees uniformity, purity, and visual consistency across all products.
By integrating screening and Sortex processes into its quality control workflow, ZNR TARIM delivers homogeneous, clean, and export-ready products, ensuring high reliability, traceability, and customer satisfaction in both domestic and international markets.
Packaging
ZNR TARIM’s packaging process is designed to provide flexibility and efficiency in line with customer requirements. Products can be packed in 25 kg and 50 kg bags or in big bags, depending on the intended use and logistics needs.
In addition to standard packaging options, custom packaging sizes can be applied in accordance with customer requests. This flexible approach allows ZNR TARIM to meet different market demands while ensuring product integrity, safe handling, and compliance with quality standards throughout storage and transportation.
